Anna RYBKINA is 32 years old and graduated from the Language University of Tashkent.  Before joining CIFAL, she worked for NEC Corporation.  She has been with CIFAL since 2001 and is in charge of managing projects in the electronic and aeronautic sectors.  She speaks fluent Russian and English.
