Gautier MANGENOT
Head of the Representative office in Turkmenistan

29 years old. Graduated with a Master in International and European Law from the University of Montreal, Canada, and a Master of Laws in International Business Law from the Toulouse University of Social Sciences.
Specialized in international business law, Gautier Mangenot worked in Central Asia and in Russia for French companies from 2007 to 2009, firstly as an economic and commercial attaché to the French Embassy in Uzbekistan, and later as a consultant for the Russian subsidiary of a French company in St. Petersburg. He joined CIFAL in 2010 as Director of the CIFAL Groupe Representative Office in Turkmenistan.

As well as French, he speaks English and Russian.
